This is an onsite position located within our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Salinas, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient to create tailored treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and timelines for improvement.

• Utilize various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to enhance patient rehabilitation.

• Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive holistic and coordinated medical care.

• Document clinical progress and outcomes consistently, reflecting on goals achieved and necessary adjustments for future sessions.

• Engage in patient follow-up calls, ensuring continued support and adherence to prescribed home exercise programs.

• Teach small group fitness classes (3-6 participants) to promote active lifestyles, health education, and community engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base primarily consists of active, health-conscious individuals aged 35 and older, including elite and professional athletes, as well as adolescents dealing with orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a physical therapist.

• A minimum of five years of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting.

• Extensive manual therapy training and a commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.

• Strong interpersonal skills comfortable exercising empathy and effective communication when working with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certification in Pilates, NAIOMT training, or IASTM techniques.

• Proficiency in treating vestibular and post-concussion syndrome patients is a plus.

• Demonstrated interest in facilitating wellness workshops or classes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, typically between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
