Job Summary

The Director of Bond and Facilities Modernization is a high-level administrative leadership role responsible for the strategic planning oversight and execution of the Districts capital improvement program. This individual ensures that bond-funded projects are completed on time within budget and in alignment with the Districts educational Director serves as the primary liaison between District leadership the Citizens Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) architects contractors and the San Bruno community.

Requirements / Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management Public Administration or a related field (Masters preferred)-Minimum of 5-7 years of increasing responsibility in facilities management or construction ideally within a California K-12 public school district-Deep understanding of the California Building Code Public Contract Code and DSA procedures-Proficiency in project management software budget forecasting and public speaking-Valid California Drivers License and ability to pass a DOJ fingerprint clearance.
