Your new role Location: Seattle, Washington The MultiSite Service Manager is responsible for the overall physical condition, maintenance operations, and service delivery across multiple residential communities. This leadership role oversees inhouse maintenance teams and vendor partners while ensuring efficient operations, high standards of care, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities include: Maintain the overall physical condition of assigned communities Supervise and coordinate inhouse maintenance staff and external vendors Manage service staff including scheduling, hiring, training, and terminations Oversee work order intake, prioritization, and timely completion Review scopes of work, assign tasks, and follow through to completion Respond to emergency maintenance issues after hours and on weekends as needed Source vendors and negotiate pricing for services and repairs What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in property maintenance, with construction knowledge Strong negotiation skills and ability to multitask effectively Proven ability to resolve conflict calmly and professionally Sound judgment and strong decisionmaking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities What you'll get in return Competitive hourly compensation: $40-$42 per hour (based on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance starting after 30 days 401(k) with employer match up to 5% Significant onsite rent discount What you need to do now If you're interested in this opportunity, click 'apply now' to submit your resume or reach out directly to Daniela Giovannini for more information. #LI-DNI
