Human Resources SpecialistAs a Human Resources Specialist, you will:Serve as a senior technical authority within OHR/Talent Acquisition and Management for personnel records auditing.Carry full responsibility for conducting comprehensive audits of personnel records across the enterprise, requiring advanced knowledge of Federal staffing processes, personnel action coding requirements, documentation integrity standards, records management laws, and auditing techniques in electronic and paper environments.Apply expert-level knowledge of Federal staffing processes, hiring authorities, personnel action coding requirements, qualification determinations, personnel action processing rules, Federal records management laws, and documentation integrity standards.Provide authoritative staffing and processing advisory services that include evaluating complex personnel action scenarios and reviewing and validating the coding, benefits, and authorities used for personnel actions.
