Profession: Land Analyst (Michigan) We are seeking an experienced Land Analyst or someone eager to learn and grow in the role. This individual will need to have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and provide a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will participate in the logistical and administrative support of the land acquisition process and will need to integrate with a dedicated and energetic team. This role will be based out of our office in Mason, Michigan. Responsibilities Generate professional surface land and right of way documentation Maintain strong working relationships with other analysts and right-of-way agents to support, share workload, and complement one another for the benefit of clients and the company. Demonstrated ability to use emerging technologies (such as AI tools, GIS platforms, or automation software) to improve efficiency in the role. A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow What will set you apart Land analyst or related experience across a variety of energy sectors Experience completing land title research across various states and jurisdictions, including reviewing and interpreting title documents, abstracts of title, ownership records, and related land instruments.
