Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, the full-time Paid Search Marketing Analyst will work remotely to enhance client growth through data-driven insights and collaboration with account managers. Key responsibilities Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns primarily in Google Ads Conduct keyword research and refine targeting to improve campaign performance Turn campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams Required qualifications 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on paid search Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including setup, optimization, and reporting Google Ads Search Certification Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in an agency environment Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into clear recommendations Virtual Vocations Inc
