Mental Health Practice Coordinator

Providing direct administrative and project support, the full-time Mental Health Practice Coordinator will coordinate physician schedules, manage patient referrals, and assist with new product rollouts in a remote telemedicine environment. Key responsibilities Monitor and coordinate physician schedules to ensure efficient patient flow in virtual care Manage referral processes and assist with prior authorizations while supporting clinicians and Care Team staff Provide administrative support for CME, financial reimbursement, and physician onboarding processes Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in a related industry, with a focus on healthcare, preferably in mental health Strong communication skills, both oral and written, essential for supporting physicians Customer service-oriented with previous experience directly supporting physicians Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
