Twin Falls Subaru está contratando a un vendedor o una vendedora bilingüe, y el trabajo es justo lo que parece. Ayudas a la gente a encontrar el Subaru, o el auto usado, ideal para ellos, y los cuidas desde el primer saludo hasta el día en que se llevan su carro del lote. Lo que hace diferente a este puesto: necesitas hacer todo eso en inglés y en español. Una gran parte de nuestra comunidad habla español, y esos clientes merecen un vendedor que pueda platicar de autos con ellos en su propio idioma.

Lo Que Harías en el Día a Día

Cada día es un poco distinto, pero uno típico se ve así:

• Recibir a los clientes en el lote y en línea, en inglés o en español, y hacer que se sientan en casa desde el primer minuto
• Escuchar primero. Entender lo que la persona de verdad necesita antes de hablar de precio.
• Hacer un análisis de necesidades completo con cada cliente para ofrecerle las opciones más adecuadas, y luego explicarle las versiones, las características y la diferencias de nuestros Subarus en palabras sencillas, en el idioma con el que se sienta más cómodo
• Llevar a la gente a pruebas de manejo y dejar que el carro hable por sí solo
• Manejar los números con honestidad, presentar las opciones y ayudar al cliente a llegar a un "sí" con el que se sienta bien
• Ser el puente para los clientes hispanohablantes durante todo el proceso, incluyendo el papeleo y la entrega con el departamento de finanzas, para que nada se pierda en la traducción
• Dar seguimiento a los clientes anteriores, porque los mejores vendedores construyen una cartera de clientes, no solo una venta
• Cumplir tus metas de ventas mensuales y mantener altos tus puntajes de satisfacción del cliente (CSI)

Vas a trabajar junto a nuestros gerentes de ventas y al resto del equipo. Nosotros te damos la capacitación, las herramientas y el flujo de clientes. Tú pones la energía y el seguimiento.

El Pago

• Potencial de ingresos sin límite. Entre más vendas y más contentos estén tus clientes, más te llevas a casa.
• Tu pago se basa en tu volumen de ventas y en tus puntajes de satisfacción del cliente (CSI), así que cuidar bien a la gente te paga doble.

A Quién Buscamos

Primero, y esto no es negociable: tienes que dominar el español y el inglés. Hablarlos, leerlos y escribirlos. Vas a usar los dos idiomas todos los días con clientes reales, así que necesitamos a alguien que de verdad se sienta cómodo en ambos.

Más allá de eso, nuestros mejores vendedores suelen:

• Disfrutar de verdad el trato con la gente, y se les nota
• Conocer los autos, o tener las ganas de aprender el producto rápido y hacerlo bien
• Comunicarse con claridad y honestidad (gran parte de este trabajo es escuchar, no hablar)
• Mantenerse organizados y dar seguimiento sin que nadie los ande correteando
• Tomar un "no" con calma y mantener buena actitud
• Exigirse un alto nivel de integridad. En un pueblo de este tamaño, tu reputación viaja.
• Tener licencia de conducir vigente y un historial de manejo limpio

No necesitas experiencia en venta de autos para empezar. Nosotros te enseñamos el producto y el proceso. Estos son perfiles que suelen funcionar bien aquí:

• Tiendas, restaurantes o cualquier trabajo donde cuidaste a la gente y vendiste algo
• Servicio al cliente bilingüe o trabajo en un centro de llamadas
• Experiencia previa en venta de autos, claro
• Cualquier persona que haya construido una clientela leal o una cartera de clientes que regresan

Twin Falls Subaru is hiring a bilingual salesperson, and the job is exactly what it sounds like. You help people find the right Subaru, or used car, and take care of them from the first hello to the day they drive off the lot. The one thing that sets this role apart: you need to do all of it in both English and Spanish. A big part of our community speaks Spanish, and those customers deserve a salesperson who can talk cars with them in their own language.

If you light up around people, you know your way around a vehicle (or you learn fast), and you can switch between English and Spanish without missing a beat, keep reading.

What You'd Actually Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but a typical one looks like this:

• Greeting customers on the lot and online, in English or Spanish, and making them feel at home from the first minute
• Listening first. Figuring out what someone actually needs before you ever talk price.
• Running a thorough needs analysis with each customer so you can match them to the most suitable options, then explaining the trims, features, and the Subaru difference in plain language, in whichever language they are most comfortable with
• Taking folks on test drives and letting the car do some of the talking
• Working the numbers honestly, laying out the options, and helping customers get to a "yes" they feel good about
• Being the bridge for Spanish-speaking customers through the whole process, including paperwork and the handoff to finance, so nothing gets lost in translation
• Following up with previous guests, because the best salespeople build a book of business, not just a single sale
• Hitting your monthly sales goals and keeping your customer satisfaction (CSI) scores high

You'll work alongside our Sales Managers and the rest of the team. We give you the training, the tools, and the customer traffic. You bring the energy and the follow-through.

Who We're Looking For

First, and this one is non-negotiable: you have to be fluent in both Spanish and English. Speaking, reading, and writing. You will use both languages every day with real customers, so we need someone who is genuinely comfortable in each.

Beyond that, our best salespeople tend to:

• Actually like people, and it shows
• Know cars, or care enough to learn the product fast and get it right
• Communicate clearly and honestly (a lot of this job is listening, not talking)
• Stay organized and follow up without being chased
• Take a "no" in stride and keep a good attitude
• Hold themselves to a high standard of integrity. In a town this size, your reputation travels.
• Carry a valid driver's license with a clean record

You do not need car sales experience to start. We can teach the product and the process. Backgrounds that tend to do well here:

• Retail, restaurant, or any job where you took care of people and sold something
• Bilingual customer service or call center work
• Previous auto sales, of course
• Anyone who has built a loyal following or a book of repeat customers
