This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care and supporting clinical teams.In this role, you will:Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing departmentSupport and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and regulatory complianceHelp coordinate staffing, scheduling, and clinical coverageParticipate in hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management of nursing staffEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policiesCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans and outcomesAssist with audits, quality assurance, and infection control initiativesQualifications:Active RN license requiredMinimum 2+ years of nursing supervisory experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settingPrior leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, or similar role preferredStrong knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term careExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to motivate and support a clinical team in a fast-paced environmentJoin a supportive organization that values teamwork, quality care, and professional growth.Equal Opportunity Employer
