We are seeking a Civil Engineer or an Environmental Engineer who can support civil/ESC permittingWhile we are open to a hybrid schedule, we would like a weekly onsite presence, but we are flexible to your days in the office.You will collaborate with a team to manage and design projects on-time and on-budget and coordinate with other professionals including engineers, CAD, survey personnel and geologists. You will execute engineering and environmental tasks at the direction of a Regional Manager. We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm for site safety, outstanding client service, a persistent initiative to continually learn new technical practices, and a desire to earn the confidence of clientele, company management/colleagues, and regulators.Practice areas include:* Hydrology and hydraulics* Erosion and sedimentation controls* Storm water management controls* Material balance assessments* Geotechnical evaluations* Highway occupancy permits* Construction specification development* Natural gas permitting and regulatory compliance* Environmental compliance/remediation including Act 2 (PA Title 25, Chapter 250) and Unconventional Shale shale gas development (PA Title 25, Chapter 78a)Qualifications include:* Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering* Engineering license (PE, EIT)* 5-15 years field related experience* Strong writing and communication skillsWe know that great work happens when people feel supported both on and off the job.
