Our organization is currently seeking an OB/GYN or Gynecology Physician to become a part of our team in Moline, IL.

**No primary OB CALL due to the Hospitalist Program**

• Opportunity to engage in outpatient care within a reputable and established clinic.
• Dedicated clinic roomer, shared triage, deliveries, and support from an OB Hospitalist group.
• Onsite laboratory, nearby hospital, ultrasound technician available in the clinic, and new bedside ultrasound equipment.
• A collaborative team of colleagues and supportive staff that allows for autonomy while developing your practice according to your preferences.
• Experienced clinical and non-clinical staff who are familiar with the patients and the community.
• Full-time role with allocated administrative time and flexible scheduling to ensure adequate patient access.
• Completely integrated system with clinics and hospitals utilizing EPIC EMR to enhance care coordination.

• Initial two-year salary guarantee ranging from approximately $310,000 to $465,000, with potential to exceed this amount through an innovative compensation program.
• Specific salary offers are influenced by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and organizational needs. Typically, employees do not start at the top of the range, as compensation is based on individual qualifications. The stated pay range does not encompass additional incentives such as bonuses or differential pay, nor other forms of compensation or benefits applicable to this position.

• Manage an average of 25 patients daily; shared call of 1 day per week and 1:6 weekends.
• Perform procedures such as colposcopies, IUD insertions, and biopsies.
• Collaborate as a team member to enhance the health of the communities we serve.
• Evaluate, interpret, and coordinate information to make informed decisions regarding patient care.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach, demonstrating friendliness and a willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois.
• Current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the physician's field of practice.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) with J-1 waiver sponsorship available.
