Project Manager - Healthcare

We are seeking a Project Manager for our Healthcare team, located in Greenville . Responsibilities Work side by side with Clients, Consultants, Design Leaders, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active production projects Prepare strategic plans and serve as the primary client contact Handle contract negotiations, billing, AR, performing close‑out and archiving duties for projects Manage budgets, schedules and programs including team assignments, estimating fees, determining scope of work, and proposal preparation Facilitate and secure contract documents as the Architect in Responsible Charge, coordinating sign‑off from quality assurance, studio and client leadership for all required tasks Develop design assignments throughout all project phases Coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines Support communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors and consultants Ensure overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects Strengths and Technical Skills Demonstrated ability to produce design and construction documents Proficiency in Revit is preferred Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA LEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferred Collaborates closely with Project Architect to facilitate internal design team leadership Qualifications Registered Architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB‑accredited university 8+ years of design experience (preferred) Experience in the Healthcare market (preferred) Strong organization, prioritization and deadline management skills Knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends Proven ability to mentor and manage teams and nurture client relationships Benefits Ongoing engagement with a world‑class design team Competitive compensation and benefits package Professional development allowance toward educational opportunities Leadership development and mentoring across sectors, markets, offices and the firm Participation in community service and outreach supporting local and national organizations Flexibility and balance in your schedule LS3P recognizes the value of diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
