Outpatient RD: Medical Nutrition Therapy & Chronic Care

Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc.

Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our fast-paced primary care team and deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in outpatient settings. The RD will assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and care staff to support chronic disease management across diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and related conditions.
