Details Participate in the design, development, validation of emerging and ongoing metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions using Tableau as your primary data visualization tool Design and develop intuitive dashboards and data visualization products using Tableau and any other business intelligence tools in future. Quick to learn new data visualization tools like Looker, Einstein Analytics etc. to analyze results, evaluate performance, and project future trends and needs. Champion processes and procedures across the organization Translate business requirements into technical requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs Explore, extract, cleanse and combine data from multiple sources and systems Continually improve data quality, build monitoring tools and issue alerts Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, design and execute a solution end to end as well as investigate new technologies to improve data pipelines Lead dashboard demo sessions, develop training materials and produce dashboard documentation About the Opportunity We are looking for a Data Visualization Specialist to join our team and help transform the way we build and deliver our applications.As a Data Visualization Specialist, you will analyze and investigate data, generate dashboards and reports using Tableau, participate in web development and partner with business lines to ensure the data is consistent and accurate. Data Analytics (analyzing data sets for insights, including via PowerBI, Tableau, Excel) Top 5 soft skills Business Analysis including requirements gathering Customer Communication (Written and Verbal) Business Storytelling/Presentation Development and Delivery Cross-team collaboration in a hybrid environment Agile work experience Requirements 3+ years of professional work experience Extensive experience building visualizations and dashboards to help effectively tell a story behind the data Experience working on the UI using Javascript, HTML, CSS Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight or similar reporting tools Knowledge of information design principles and data visualization methods Robust portfolio outlining your work and previous projects Extensive problem solving experience and self-starter attitude Stefanini takes pride in hiring top talent and developing relationships with our future employees.
