We are seeking this Solutions Architect Lead in Microsoft Dynamics to drive end-to-end solution design and delivery across our clients' digital transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business consulting and technical execution, requiring deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). This person will lead solution strategy, architect scalable systems, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Leadership & ArchitectureOwn the end-to-end solution lifecycle from discovery through design, build, deployment, and optimizationArchitect scalable, secure solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) and Power PlatformTranslate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture diagramsDefine integration strategies across systems (APIs, middleware, Azure services)Client Engagement & ConsultingAct as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging business needs with technical capabilitiesLead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and executive presentationsProvide thought leadership on best practices, platform capabilities, and roadmap planningDelivery & Team LeadershipLead and mentor functional and technical teams (developers, analysts, architects)Oversee solution delivery ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment to requirementsManage risks, dependencies, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecyclePower Platform ExpertiseDesign and oversee development of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) applicationsImplement automation using Power Automate and reporting via Power BIEnsure governance, security, and performance optimization across the platformIntegration & Technical OversightGuide integrations with Azure services, third-party platforms, and legacy systemsEnsure adherence to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategiesEstablish data models, security frameworks, and compliance standardsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power PlatformProven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in a consulting environmentStrong knowledge of: Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and data modelingExperience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) and integrationsSolid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExcellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in IT consulting or professional services environmentsMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, Power Platform Architect)Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management strategiesIndustry experience in sectors such telecommunications, public sectorWhat Success Looks LikeDelivering end-to-end Dynamics solutions that drive measurable business outcomesBuilding strong client relationships as a go-to strategic advisorLeading high-performing teams and ensuring on-time, high-quality deliveryEstablishing scalable architectures that support long-term growthAdditional Information:Preferred Location: Atlanta, GACandidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly.
