Temporary Healthcare Paralegal - Tampa, FL

Our client located in the Tampa area is seeking a temporary paralegal with prior healthcare experience to perform the following duties: Reviewing and drafting HIPAA agreements, corporate resolutions, and various contracts, including vendor agreements, employment agreements and hospital agreements. Establishing a legal filing system Project management support, including calendaring and triaging Research This position is located on-site in Tampa, and well-qualified candidates will be available to work at least 3 days per week. Prior healthcare-related experience is required, and candidates with both a bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate are preferred. This role will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, impeccable organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is also a must.
