Sales Processing Support Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Processing Support Analyst to support our North America Federal Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Operations business. This role supports critical operational processes by executing routine to moderately complex tasks that require strong attention to detail, basic problem-solving skills, and sound independent judgment. The ideal candidate can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative processing tasks to support day-to-day operations
• Provide ongoing operational support to the NA Federal Q2C Operations team
• Conduct data entry, research, and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain system records and ensure adherence to process and compliance standards
• Utilize various internal tools including SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, Outlook, SharePoints, etc.
• Follow established procedures while applying basic problem-solving techniques to resolve issues
• Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Execute data cleanup activities to maintain system integrity and accuracy

Skills required:

• 12 years of relevant experience in:
  • Data entry
  • Administrative support
  • Sales operations or order processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Works well in both team and independent environments
