Industry Management Consulting Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Valuations practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and owning projects and teams, as well as maintaining and developing client relationships. This role is pivotal in providing valuation, sell/buy-side, and value-creation services, particularly for lower-middle-market firms. The ideal candidate should be adept at executing a wide variety of work, be quick to learn, and be comfortable in an agile and entrepreneurial environment that is constantly evolving and introducing new ideas and services. Candidates for the Vice President position should have 5-10 years' of business valuation experience, with CPA and ABV certifications being a plus. The role requires a leader who can not only manage and mentor a team but also actively contribute to the work. The role is not with a public accounting firm, and the focus is on a dynamic, innovative, and client-centric approach to valuations.
