Grants Manager

The YMCA of the Black Hills in Rapid City seeks a Grants & Impact Reporting Manager for a part-time role (25–30 hours/week). Starting pay is $25+ per hour, DOE, with a hybrid or remote-eligible arrangement. You will lead the full grant lifecycle from research to reporting, partnering with program directors, finance, and leadership to secure funding and tell our community impact stories.
