Lead all network related remediation efforts in support of ISO compliance, translating audit and monitoring findings into concrete technical controls, configuration changes, and documented evidence. Serve as the senior technical interface with network and security vendors, independently evaluating vendor guidance, challenging inaccurate or incomplete recommendations, and driving issues to effective resolution. Define and implement monitoring, alerting, patching, and automation strategies, establishing a mature, supportable network environment with reduced reliance on manual intervention and reactive troubleshooting. Establish and maintain authoritative, environment specific documentation for network architecture and Fortinet implementations, replacing legacy materials with accurate, actionable standards and procedures. Drive knowledge transfer and operational readiness across the team, ensuring internal staff are equipped to support and sustain the network environment as maturity improves over time. Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of network issues, prioritizing efforts according to incident severity, business impact, and outage scope. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of server and distributed systems networking design, configuration, and integration.
