Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Responsibilities: GENERAL PURPOSE: Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities. Full time (40hours) position available. Monday through Friday (five days a week) daytime hours Wilmot Cancer Institute is looking for a Registered Nurse to work at the Infusion Center at Highland Hospital. These dynamic 12 and 8 chair infusion centers specialize in chemotherapy infusions in addition to non-oncology infusions referred in by community providers. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and gain experience in medical oncology with an established infusion team. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to function in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Excellent follow through skills and the ability to prioritize are critical for success in this role. As a small practice, this candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team. They must be flexible and adapt readily to changing responsibilities.
