Change Manager

We are seeking a Change Manager to support enterprise-wide technology and business transformation initiatives within a complex, highly regulated environment. This individual will play a critical role in driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption efforts across multiple business functions. This is an individual contributor role focused on helping teams successfully navigate change rather than leading large change programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience working within large enterprise organizations, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, execution, and sustainment of change management initiatives across technology and business organizations. Develop and implement stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies. Create training materials and support organizational readiness activities. Assess and address resistance to change while promoting successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including technology, product, operations, risk, and business teams. Conduct change impact assessments and support mitigation planning. Monitor adoption metrics and provide recommendations to improve change outcomes. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and communications related to change initiatives. Support multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced and evolving environment. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Project Management, or a related discipline. Experience supporting technology and/or business transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in large, matrixed, or highly regulated organizations. Proficiency with G Workspace, including G Sheets and G Slides. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of Change Management experience within a large enterprise environment. Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or operational transformation initiatives. Background in financial services, banking, technology, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices. Experience collaborating with product, risk, compliance, or technology teams. Previous experience supporting large-scale merger, acquisition, integration, or organizational transformation efforts.
