Executive Director

The Medina County Republican Party is seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and mission-driven Executive Director to manage day-to-day party operations, support local candidates, and expand our grassroots conservative network. The Executive Director serves as the central hub for the county party, coordinating closely with the MCRP Executive Committee, volunteers, donors, and candidates to ensure organizational growth and electoral success across Medina County. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee the daily administrative functions of the MCRP headquarters, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal campaign regulations.Grassroots & Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and mobilize a strong network of volunteers for vital campaign activities, including door-knocking, phone banking, and community outreach.Event Planning: Coordinate county party events, fundraisers, rallies, and monthly committee meetings from conception through execution.Communication & Public Relations: Maintain and update the party's website, social media channels, and email newsletters to keep members and the public informed on conservative issues and local events.Candidate Support: Provide logistical, data, and operational support to endorsed Republican candidates during primary and general election cycles.
