Senior Labor amp Employment Associate

Overview A law firm seeks a senior labor and employment associate for its Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment-related litigation and general advisory work, including handling employment agreements, wage and hour compliance, and policy reviews. Responsibilities Represent clients in employment-related litigation across the country. Provide advice on employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements. Handle wage and hour compliance and leave of absence matters. Conduct policy reviews and provide general employment counseling. Qualifications 6 to 8 years of experience in employment-related litigation. Active membership in the Georgia bar. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Georgia. Strong litigation and trial skills. Excellent advisory and counseling abilities. Proficient in handling complex employment law matters.
