What You'll DoSafely operate a tow truck (wrecker or flatbed) for impounds, recoveries, and breakdownsInteract directly with customersDeliver exceptional service while representing Elite with professionalism and carePerform daily inspections and keep your truck clean, stocked, and job-readyAccurately document tows and service calls in dispatch systems (we use Towbook)Be ready to adapt - day or night, rain or shine, we've got people to help✅ What We're Looking For2+ years of professional towing or related driving experienceA valid driver's license with a clean or nearly clean recordStrong understanding of DOT/safety regulations and securement best practicesA calm, problem-solving mindset - especially under pressureExcellent communication skills and a customer-first attitudeFlexibility to work overnights, weekends, or rotating shiftsProfessional appearance and a team-player mentality????
