The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of our clients and their vehicles.Responsibilities:Operate heavy-duty tow trucks for vehicle recovery and impound services.Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to calls and addressing client inquiries.Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage, time, and materials used.Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and equipment to ensure proper working conditions.Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring the safety of clients, their vehicles, and fellow team members.Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Elite Towing.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience driving tow trucks or similar vehicles.Valid class A driver's license with few or no driving infractions.Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws related to tow truck operations.Ability to operate tow trucks and equipment safely and efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.Flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call weekends.Benefits:Competitive pay ($32 - $35 per hour based on experience).Healthcare and benefits after 90 days.Paid time off and paid training.Opportunities for growth in a supportive work environment.If you are a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and looking to join a team with a great culture and unlimited growth potential, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Elite Towing of Minnesota!
