Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or internal medicine physician
• Outpatient only
• No call
• No weekends
• Part-time or full-time available
• Must be able to work at least 3 days per week
• Average patient volume: 2.5 patients per hour
• Sites provide medical, dental, and behavioral health services
• Work alongside multiple primary care providers
• Physician would supervise APPs
• Multiple openings available choose the location that best fits your lifestyle: Pembroke, Warsaw, or Hornell
• Provider would work at only one location
• J1 and H1 visa candidates welcome
• 2027 residents welcome

• Pembroke provides a quieter rural setting conveniently located between Buffalo and Rochester, with affordable living and a short drive to Batavia.
• Warsaw is known for its scenic rolling hills, outdoor recreation, and close-knit community feel in Wyoming County.
• Hornell, located in the Southern Tier, offers a lower cost of living, beautiful natural surroundings, and access to Finger Lakes recreation and wineries.

• Competitive salary range of $200,000-$220,000
