Stroke Program Manager

Our direct client in the Healthcare Industry is seeking for a Stroke Program Manager - FULL-TIME DAY SHIFT Direct Hire - in Paramus, NJ to build and mature the stroke program, including governance, protocols, policies, staffing plans, education, and Primary Stroke Center certification readiness. Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Public Health (MPH), or related advanced degree preferred. Experience Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in stroke care, neuroscience, emergency services, critical care, healthcare quality, or healthcare operations required; five (5) years preferred. Demonstrated experience building, expanding, or leading a stroke program and preparing for stroke-center certification/accreditation required. Experience in multidisciplinary clinical operations, performance improvement, and service-line development preferred. Position Requirements Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) certification required (can be obtained within 24 months of hire) Salary commensurate with experience $120,000-$143,000/Year #J-18808-Ljbffr
