About the Role

Crowd Cow is looking for a Full-Time Customer Care Specialist based in Seattle, WA to deliver exceptional, concierge-level customer support across email, chat, and phone You'll be a first point of contact for our customers, bringing warmth and personal attention to every interaction, resolving issues quickly by understanding customer needs, and owning service interactions from start to finish. 

As our Care team grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, help shape new processes, and collaborate across departments to elevate the customer experience. This role is challenging, yet rewarding — a chance to gain valuable experience while directly representing the Crowd Cow brand.

This position is based at our Seattle office with a hybrid schedule offered: 3 days per week in office and 2 days working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Provide live phone support for approximately 50% of your time, alongside email and chat inquiries — delivering the same high-quality, friendly experience across every channel.
• Bring a concierge-level, high-touch approach to every interaction — going beyond resolving the immediate issue to create a genuinely personal experience that turns first-time buyers into lifelong fans.
• Spot patterns and recurring themes in customer inquiries, and flag opportunities to improve our service processes and turn them into actionable solutions that resolve root issues and reduce repeated outreach.
• Coordinate with the team to flag and resolve unforeseen issues immediately, alerting the right people before small problems grow.
• Convey the Crowd Cow mission of convenience, quality, and friendliness in every interaction, whether by phone, email, or chat.

You'll Thrive If You...

• Are passionate about customer service and understand what “great” looks like in eCommerce.
• Enjoy delivering personalized, high-touch service that makes every customer feel valued, with the initiative and ownership to find solutions that create the best outcome for both the customer and Crowd Cow. Communicate clearly, warmly, and confidently — both in writing and while supporting customers during live conversations.
• Have 3+ years of experience in high-volume, customer-facing support, ideally including live phone support.
• Are tech-savvy: Zendesk (or a similar CRM/phone support platform) experience is a huge plus.
• Have meticulous attention to detail and can stay focused and energized in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
• Bonus: you care about food quality and where it comes from.

Compensation

Starting Wage: $25.00–$30.00/hour DOE.
