Position Overview Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Harleigh, Pennsylvania. The role supports patients in Butler, PA and surrounding areas and offers a first‑year success bonus of $10,000. Responsibilities Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. Support patients and families throughout their care journey. Maintain accurate charting and meet critical deadlines. Use tablets, mobile phones and EMR software to document care. Travel approximately 20% of the day to patient locations. Qualifications Registered Nurse license in the state you work. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to travel. Self‑management of time and schedule.
