Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Level II or Level III NICU
• Proficiency with advanced neonatal equipment and monitoring technology
• BLS and NRP certifications required; additional specialty certifications are a plus
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns
