Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, campaign performance tracking, and ROI improvement. Create digital content for email marketing, social media, online campaigns, and Spanish-language outreach. Analyze marketing data, track KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Support CRM management, lead nurturing efforts, marketing automation, and customer engagement initiatives. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activity with lead generation goals and target audience needs. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $30 to $35 per hour. Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
