Scheduling Specialist (Cardiotesting, Full-time)

Role We are hiring for a Scheduling Specialist in our Cardiotesting (Cardiology) unit. Scheduled weekly hours: 36. Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7am‑4:30pm. Location: LaCrosse, WI for training and on‑site days, hybrid eligible after on‑site training (approximately 1‑2days on‑site required per week after training). Department: Cardiotesting (Cardiology) – specifically scheduling for cardiac testing departments and exercise physiology. 0.9FTE(36hours weekly). Responsibilities Provide LOVE+MEDICINE to our patients through the best first/last impressions with top‑level customer service. Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers to support patient health journeys. Provide customer service to patients by helping schedule appointments.
