Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Production Sewer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience operating industrial sewing machines in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work while meeting efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines (single-needle, double-needle, serger, etc.)
• Assemble and sew products according to specifications and production standards
• Read and follow work orders, patterns, and instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily and weekly production goals
• Report equipment issues or defects to supervisors
• Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an industrial or production sewer preferred
• Ability to operate industrial sewing machines efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic understanding of measurements and sewing techniques
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Skills

• Experience sewing garments, upholstery, automotive, marine, medical, canvas, leather products
• Familiarity with production quotas and manufacturing workflows
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
