Key Skills & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
• Expertise in school-based OT practices, including IEP documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and respond to a dynamic school environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support diverse learning needs.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, targeting fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
• Track and document student progress, providing detailed reports in compliance with educational and legal standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to developing student goals.
• Engage in ongoing consultation with staff and caregivers, offering training as needed.
