Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Modesto, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in the local area. This position involves providing specialized care for adult patients with cardiac, telemetry, and step-down needs. The role requires adeptness in managing cardiac drips, interpreting dysrhythmias, and utilizing telemetry monitoring technology. Job Details Position Description: Telemetry Nurse with at least 2 years of Cardiac/Telemetry experience, including proficiency with Amiodarone, Heparin, Cardiezm, Dopamine, and related drips. Experience with pre/post cardiac catheterization, TAVR, CABG, and post-cardiac surgery care is required. Certifications: CA RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIH-SS, with a valid CA State License uploaded via Nursys within the last 2 weeks. Required Qualifications: Valid CA RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIH-SS certifications, minimum of 2 years of Cardiac/Telemetry experience, and experience with cardiac drips and dysrhythmia interpretation. Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with blood product administration, peripheral line care, wound care, and on the telemetry unit. Additional Information: The assignment begins on 09/29/2026, and the end date is 12/29/2026. Candidate must complete onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide a seven-year work history verification.
