Job Overview A law firm seeks a Trusts and Estates Attorney for its Boston, Massachusetts office. Duties Provide legal guidance on estate planning, business formation, and special needs planning. Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Prepare sophisticated estate and tax planning documents. Represent clients in probate and family courts on estate and trust matters. Assist clients in asset protection and preservation strategies. Conduct legal and tax research. Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in trust and estate matters and business formation. Experience with high-net-worth clients and estate planning strategies. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially. Active attorney license in Massachusetts; licenses in Florida and Rhode Island are a plus. Education Bachelor's degree J.D. degree Certifications Active attorney license in Massachusetts Skills Excellent organization and time management skills.
