Financial Services Representative

Overview World Finance, a leading provider of financial services, is looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey and support branch operations. The role requires hands‑on lending skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage branch processes efficiently. Hourly Pay: $16. Responsibilities What you’ll do: Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices. Provide top‑tier customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and product inquiries. Process and prepare loan applications. Take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closings on current renewal loans. Balance the assigned cash drawer daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit, and transport funds between the branch and the bank as needed. Maintain strong customer relationships and foster community within the branch. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager. Qualifications Demonstrated self‑confidence and strong organizational skills. History of showing kindness, compassion, and a willingness to help others. Ability to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Team player who pitches in when needed and accepts help. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to transport bank deposits and fulfill other required responsibilities.
