Business Development Associate

ROLE SNAPSHOT
This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports new-business growth through relationship building, outreach, lead development, and in-person conversations. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Core activities

· Identify and engage prospective customers or partners

· Conduct face-to-face outreach, presentations, and follow-up

· Maintain organized prospect and activity records

· Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives

Candidate profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
