Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years at a level one trauma facility License: Kentucky or compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Progressive Care, Acute Care, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical experience - Every other weekend required - Float requirement to other universal/progressive areas Description: Caring for medical-surgical patients. Candidate must have two years of work experience at a level one trauma facility. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Candidates must have experience in Progressive Care, Acute Care, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical nursing. Floating to other universal or progressive areas is required. Every other weekend work is necessary. Local travelers within a specified radius are not accepted. Candidate needs to complete various compliance requirements upon hiring. Rehire eligibility will be checked prior to any offer. Candidates must not have any licensure infractions. It is important to disclose any previous employment at this facility during the application process.
