You’ll be their go-to contact, ensuring every order is accurate, every question is answered, and every deadline is hit. You’ll manage product timelines, chase down missing POs, handle issues with grace, and be a trusted voice inside and out.What You’ll Be Doing:Serve as the internal and external point of contact for assigned accountsReview account process sheets and stay updated on implementation changesVerify all final selections, change orders, and scheduling communicationsEnsure products are ordered and timelines are metRespond to status inquiries and customer follow-upsTrack and collect Purchase Orders, manage Need PO listsBuild long-term customer relationships with a professional, solutions-first mindsetAttend builder meetings when availableHandle general admin tasks like email, document prep, calls, and filingStay sharp with product knowledge and cross-train in the Order Processing Specialist roleLearn to navigate builder software platforms and enter orders efficientlyWhat We’re Looking For:High school diploma required. college degree preferred1–2 years of customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in construction or homebuilding)Strong communication skills — phone, email, in personDetail-oriented, organized, and great under pressureA natural problem solver who works well solo or in a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with databasesPositive attitude with a “let’s figure it out” energyAbout the CompanyAt Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up.
