Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide essential nursing care primarily in home health settings, focusing on the geriatric patient population. This role requires working independently with a high level of autonomy to deliver personalized and effective treatment plans.
Schedule is:
Monday- Friday from 11a-3p (20hrs/wk.)
Responsibilities
- Perform bowel stimulation procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years in nursing experience
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certificate or diploma
- Patient care skills
- Medication administration
- Vital signs monitoring
- Strong communication abilities
- Critical thinking skills
