Tomahawk - Engineering Business Analyst - P2 - (Hybrid)

Engineering Business Analyst Position Type: Hybrid – this role involves working both onsite and offsite. The ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. Location US‑AZ‑TUCSON‑9022, 9022 S Rita Rd, BLDG 9022 Eligibility & Security Clearance U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Security clearance: None / Not required. Responsibilities Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) on a monthly basis. Perform detailed Earned Value and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions. Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts. Support the Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in the successful completion of monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis. Manage monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results. Partner with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs. Drive cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools. Qualifications A university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field. Experience with SAP, APEX, or similar business systems. Experience with MS Office, especially Excel. A self‑starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions. Strong communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to evolving program needs. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
