Date Posted: 2026-04-01 Country: United States of America Location: US-AZ-TUCSON-801 ~ 1151 E Hermans Rd ~ BLDG 801 (External Site) Role Type: Onsite U.S. Citizenship: Required Security Clearance: Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret clearance required prior to start date Salary Range: 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD Responsibilities Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) on a monthly basis, including cost estimation, test of reasonableness analysis, and risk and opportunities assessment at the Program / Product / Mission area level. Perform detailed Earned Value and financial analysis of budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions. Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts. Support monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, and analysis; manage monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs); facilitate EAC and LRE inputs; demonstrate effective communication to drive predictable results. Partner with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly cost and labor run analysis. Use APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PM management reporting tools to drive cost control and schedule. Receive a signing bonus provided the final candidate meets eligibility requirements. Qualifications A university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field. Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar business system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance (required prior to start date). U.S. citizenship. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; support functional organizations and ensure program financial commitments are met. Demonstrated flexibility in job abilities and strong communication skills. Practical knowledge in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics within a work area.
