Crisis Behavioral Health Supervisor: Lead Therapists

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Clinical Supervisor for Crisis to lead the crisis team at the site, supervise Mental Health Therapists, conduct groups, intakes, and assessments, and coordinate with the Behavioral Health Program Manager on administrative and clinical procedures for clients. This role provides oversight for voluntary crisis services during swing shift (12pm–10pm; Wednesday through Saturday) and requires strong leadership, adherence to WAC/TJC standards, HIPAA compliance, #J-18808-Ljbffr Sea Mar Community Health Centers
