And we have a culture of service and support that puts customer satisfaction first. Job Purpose: The Synthetic Splicer will fabricate and refurbish synthetic slings and other lifting assemblies. Job Duties: Measure, cut, and splice synthetic rope using basic hand tools to produce recovery ropes, tow ropes, soft shackles, and winch lines. Inspect finished products to ensure they follow exact specifications in order to maintain quality standards. Keep work area clean and organized. Job Requirements: Must have experience working in a manufacturing capacity. Must have experience and working knowledge of basic hand tools. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check. Must be 18 years of age or older.
