Title Customer Service Center Rep Facility Mease Countryside Hospital - Med Arts Building Responsibilities Support the physician’s office health care team, schedule patient appointments, assist with patient inquiries, and arrange for other procedures, laboratory and consultations with referral doctors. Serve as the initial point of contact for all BayCare Health System marketing activities and physician referral efforts. Quickly determine the needs of the customer and perform other marketing and non‑marketing related duties as assigned.
