IT Support Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Orlando, FL.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to serve as the primary IT support resource for the Orlando market. This individual will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain network infrastructure, and deliver exceptional service to end users in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys working directly with users, supporting critical technology systems, and ensuring reliable IT operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues Manage and resolve incidents within a high-volume ticketing environment Serve as the primary local IT support contact Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, equipment deployment, and access management Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including: Fortinet switches; Cisco wireless access points; Ethernet cabling and connectivity; Wi-Fi performance and troubleshooting Support technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities Assist with troubleshooting network outages and connectivity issues Maintain equipment and infrastructure documentation Support identity and access management platforms such as Okta Manage and troubleshoot endpoint and mobile device management solutions including: Microsoft Intune; Meraki MDM; Apple Business Manager Assist with endpoint deployments, configurations, and ongoing support Support user account administration and security best practices Build strong relationships with end users and business stakeholders Provide exceptional customer service and technical support Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external vendors 3+ years of IT support, desktop support, or field technology support experience Experience providing both onsite and remote technical support Experience working in a high-volume ticketing environment Experience with Jira or similar ticket management systems Hands-on experience supporting Fortinet switches and Cisco wireless access points Strong knowledge of: Network troubleshooting; Wi-Fi technologies; Ethernet networking; Switching infrastructure Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally between sites as needed Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with: Okta; Microsoft Intune; Meraki MDM; Apple Business Manager; Universal Print; Digital kiosks and media display technologies Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment Desired Soft Skills:
