This role includes direct clinical care, team leadership, and oversight of outpatient services.Clinical Director Responsibilities:Provide 40%–50% direct clinical care including assessments, individual, and group therapyLead and supervise interdisciplinary clinical teamsOversee documentation, audits, and compliance with CARF and CASOMB standardsMonitor staff productivity, quality, and clinical outcomesProvide supervision to associate-level cliniciansParticipate in leadership meetings and community engagementSupport program development and operational performanceParticipate in on-call rotation as neededProvide court testimony when requiredClinical Director Requirements:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fieldActive California license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD, PsyD)3+ years of post-licensure experience2+ years in forensic mental health or sex offender-specific treatment3+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceExperience with CBT, STATIC-99R, STABLE, and risk assessment toolsCASOMB certification preferredAbility to commute within San Luis Obispo County or Santa MariaCompensation and Benefits:$105,000 – $140,000 base salaryStudent loan forgiveness eligibility401K with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurance15 vacation days, 9 holidays, and 24 sick daysLicensure reimbursement and continuing education supportEmployee Assistance Program
