Job Description Obtain and review supporting documentation Schedule patients, confirm appointments, reschedule no‑shows Create, fax detailed prescriptions for items being ordered Request signed detailed prescriptions Obtain prior authorizations Track all detailed prescriptions and prior authorizations (WIP) Obtain all proper documentation needed to bill claims Prepare items to be delivered for practitioner along with delivery slips Cross‑train with front office personnel Assist in answering phones Data entry Insurance verification Notify patients of all copays, deductibles, and out‑of‑pocket expenses they may be responsible for #J-18808-Ljbffr PrimeCare Orthotics & Prosthetics
